Quotes provided through the website, phone, or email are estimates only.  Final pricing will be confirmed after physical inspection. 


4. Appointments and Turnaround Time

• Service times may vary depending on workload and wheel condition 

• Same-day service is not guaranteed unless confirmed


5. Limitation of Liability

American Wheel Crafters is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed

• Structural issues beyond repair

• Indirect or incidental damages

All work is performed with professional standards, but results depend on the condition of the  wheel.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

REFUND & COMPLAINTS POLICY

At American Wheel Crafters, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship  and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, service  concerns, and complaints.


1. Service Nature

All services provided are based on the condition of the wheel at the time of inspection.

Due to the technical nature of wheel repair and restoration:

• Results may vary depending on damage severity

• Some imperfections may not be fully correctable

• Not all wheels are suitable for repair


2. No Refund Policy (Completed Services)

Once a service has been completed, refunds are not provided.

This is because:

• Labor and materials have already been applied

• The process is irreversible in most cases


3. Service Satisfaction & Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the result:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion

• We will evaluate the concern

• If applicable, we may offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost

Note: Corrections are offered at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.


4. Pre-Existing Damage

American Wheel Crafters is not responsible for:

• Structural damage not visible before service

• Cracks, bends, or weaknesses that affect final results

• Previous repairs or poor condition of the wheel


5. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on initial information

• Final pricing may change after physical inspection


6. Service Limitations

Certain conditions may limit results, including:

• Severe corrosion

• Deep structural damage

• Wheels that have been previously repaired multiple times

We will always inform you if limitations exist before proceeding.
